As a woman, Latina, mother, and social worker, I have lived through and witnessed the journey shaped by a set of societal ideals—a checklist, if you will—that are meant to define our lives and lead us to “success.” We push forward relentlessly, navigating the effects of trauma and other struggles, often earning accolades along the way. Yet, despite all of this, we can still find ourselves feeling disconnected from our true selves, as though our lives are not our own. The weight of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and other limiting beliefs can leave us feeling trapped.

I work with BIPOC women to break free from these constraints and transform the experiences and beliefs that keep us stuck. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate the principles of the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM) along with other traditional healing techniques. This combined approach helps women reconnect with their innate power to heal, reclaim their lives, and create their own path to fulfillment. In this space, we Choose to Flourish.
